Inspect Your Appliance Before Receiving Delivery
It’s crucial to carefully inspect your appliance before accepting and signing for it. Appliances are delicate and contain components that can be easily damaged during transit. Check both the exterior and interior for any signs of damage, and if you notice any issues, contact us immediately at (917) 478-6407.

What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Most of our products come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. For specific details, please refer to your product manual or reach out to one of our product experts.

If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. After 24 hours, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. The manufacturer's contact information can be found in the product documentation. Note: Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the issue.

Missing or damaged parts may qualify for a free replacement under the standard manufacturer’s warranty. To request replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Important:

  • If a residential appliance is installed in a commercial setting, the warranty will be void. Sy Home Appliances adheres to all manufacturer warranties and policies.

  • Once a product is taken outside the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty becomes void.

  • We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when a replacement is authorized by Sy Home Appliances or the manufacturer.

Returns and Refusals:

  • In the event of a return or refusal, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable. Free shipping, rebates, and other promotions are also voided upon return or refusal.

  • All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse, prepaid, using the original shipping method. If your item was shipped by freight, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact customer service.

  • All returns and refusals are subject to a restocking fee.

  • We do not accept returns on air conditioners, special order items, or accessories.

Warranty and Return Information

To avoid the need for returns, please carefully review all product specifications before making your purchase. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

  • Returns: New, unopened items are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Damaged Items: Do not accept damaged items upon delivery.

  • Responsibility: After signing for and accepting the item, you are responsible for any damage claims.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if it is damaged or not working. If the product is defective after use, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable for returned items.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned products must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards, as received.

  • Location Restrictions: Items that have been moved from their original delivery location cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped back using the same method as the original delivery.

  • Exceptions:

    • We do not accept returns on air conditioners.

    • Special order items and commercial laundry equipment are not eligible for return.

    • Products installed, used, or plugged in are not eligible for return.

    • We are not responsible for any missing, incorrect, or damaged products reported more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, only store credit can be provided.
